Which warehouse will deliver my order?
We automatically route from the warehouse closest to your address. Jacksonville addresses ship from 2931 Mercury Rd, Jacksonville FL 32209. St. Augustine addresses (zip 32080, 32084, 32085, 32086, 32092, 32095, 32145) ship from 302 Second Street, St. Augustine FL. You don’t have to choose — we handle it.
What are the delivery zones and prices?
Jacksonville: Near (0–3 mi) $9.99, Mid (3–7 mi) $13.99, Far (7–10 mi) $17.99.

When is the same-day cutoff?
Orders placed before 4pm Monday–Saturday go out the same day from whichever warehouse is closest. Orders placed after 4pm or on Sundays are queued for the next business day.
How fast does it arrive?
Most orders are at your door in 1–2 hours from order placement — in both Jacksonville AND St. Augustine. Each city has its own local Uber driver dispatched from the nearest warehouse.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes. As soon as the driver picks up at our warehouse (Jax or St. Aug), you’ll get a text + email with a live map link showing the driver’s location in real time.
What if I need a contact-free drop?
